Professional Goals

I want to either start a company, or work closely with a company to truly align business values on social issues. It is the now of business, but it will certainly continue to grow in the future. I currently work at a non-profit and while I love it dearly, I can't help think back to something a consultant I worked with on a design sprint once said (roughly), "We work with companies who prove they want to do good, not in a performative manner, but meaningfully. A major financial firm who has traditionally not cared about the environment, can quickly shift goals and make major industrial moves to potentially have a greater impact than any small non-profit could do."
