In the near term, I want to stay in a cross-functional role (BD, Strategy, Biz Ops, etc.) but am still considering if I want to stay in CPG or consider a move to a new industry. I'm also trying to understand what type of team I'd like to work with (small early-stage vs. mid-stage, more developed).

I've realized I also want to work in a company whose mission resonates with me, but am having trouble pinning down the connection between my values and the companies out there.
