Introduction

I’m an Executive Coach and the Director of Learning & Development at Harry’s.

My informal experience as a Coach began in my role as Chief of Staff (COS), where I had the pleasure of working closely with our founders and CEOs. My favorite part of the job was the chance to coach and work closely with our senior leaders.  There’s nothing better than asking the right  questions, facilitating the right conversations, and serving as a thought partner to help people unlock  their own best thinking and work.

So I pivoted my career to work more explicitly within the world of learning, leadership,  development, and growth. Besides getting a dog, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.
