Huda Bilal

Huda is the CEO of a forthcoming future of work startup. She is an experienced startup executive, product leader, and operator.

She has worked as a financial engineer and data scientist at BlackRock, led product content design in digital marketing at SapientNitro, and worked as a process engineer redesigning a $500M retail banking technology platform in her first role out of school. Immediately prior to founding her company, she led enterprise product positioning and product operations at Eligible, a Brooklyn-based healthtech startup — where she negotiated multimillion dollar enterprise deals and redesigned all core product operations to support the increase in scale of the average contract. She graduated top of her class in industrial and financial engineering at the University of Toronto, and has a deep knowledge of best-in-class operations design from both a theoretical and practical perspective.
