Jhanelle’s determination to make an impact in the film & television industry has landed her on over 200 film sets in just 3 years with scripted appearances on NBC and Freeform. She also grew up in live events, producing and organizing community functions, and aiding in events for global brands and in the music industry.

Jhanelle has a background in local government and working with community service organizations like Kiwanis International, collectively leading her to found several nonprofit initiatives and startups, the most recent being Playlist of Color, connecting musicians of color with sync licensing opportunities in media. She is now hard at work with a mission to tangibly combat social isolation, digital dependency, and loneliness at scale, pairing her passion for storytelling with over a decade of work in events, brand marketing and live entertainment spaces, and bringing it all into the far-reaching world of tech, with Jiive.
