About this job:

The Business Development Lead is passionate about forming and driving successful client relationships and successfully interacting with senior and executive-level clients. In this full-cycle sales role, you will generate leads, engage prospects, negotiate terms, and close business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process; bringing Feather’s subject matter experts into the sales cycle where needed
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast by managing our strong inbound network, as well as through prospecting, discovery calls, and meetings
  • Target industries include: - Property Developers / Property Management Groups - Short Term Rental Companies (Airbnb, Anyspace, etc.) - Stagers and Real Estate Agents - Commercial Spaces
  • Interior Design
  • Work cross-collaboratively with merchandising, logistics, finance, and account management to structure and quote deals.
  • Responsible for leading and coordinating efforts to determine to price and deliver proposals to prospects
  • Proactively manages clients and their projects with empathy as the primary contact
  • Researches industry and related events, publications, and announcements

The Ideal Candidate
