But the real perk of working at Tenstreet is being part of a community that values your work, encourages life-long learning and fosters a supportive culture.    Summary:   The Vice President of Strategy will work directly with Tenstreet’s CEO and will be focused on new product growth, strategic partnerships and potential M&A opportunities in the market.    What you’ll be doing:    - Collaborating in all areas below with product, development, sales, and marketing teams from first draft through launch and iterations.  - New product growth - Work with our CEO to lead new product growth initiatives. Defining value proposition based on client/seller/account manager feedback, competitor analysis, adjacent market analysis. Ensuring product design is both buildable in agile process and sufficiently feature rich to deliver on value proposition, set pricing, working with product development and management teams to help get MVP built, work with marketing team to position/communicate product to current/prospective clients, work with sales team to demo/pitch new product  - Collaborate with Tech Ops, Sales, Product, and development to manage partnerships enterprise-wise – day to day management of all formal and informal, current and prospective partnerships with 3rd parties such as product integrations, GTM (lead referrals, joint marketing, etc.)  - M&A – Collaborate with other members of the M&A team to identify potential M&A candidates; evaluate new M&A opportunities from market, product, & financial perspectives; lead GTM and product integration efforts on any acquisitions. 

You might be a good fit if you have:  - Experience with areas of responsibility – ideally at SaaS, & ideally with personal responsibility for some new product development at scale.  - Ability to work with established teams/leaders, across organizational lines, with effective in person and electronic communications  - Ideally in Tulsa or able to relocate to Tulsa or Tulsa on a regular basis.    - Travel - available to travel to client/partner locations, trade shows, etc.  - Quantitative finance experience for diligence in new product development and/or M&A opportunities.
