We are seeking an experienced & entrepreneurial rockstar to join our founding team and help scale our Sales and Account Management team through hyper-growth. Sales and Account Management is the heart and soul of Traba, enabling us to partner with warehouses and event venues to drive revenue and help our partners operate at peak efficiency. As Traba grows in geography, scale, and breadth of offerings, the strength of our sales engine and organizational structure must grow with it.

You will report directly into the CEO.

What you'll do

- Lead – Recruit, motivate, and lead a high-performing and growing team of Account Executives and Account Managers. You set an example by selling key clients yourself and teaching best practices.
- Develop sales pitch and positioning for different lines of business and partner segments (events vs. warehousing, enterprise vs. SMB).
- Manage expansion and launch strategy – As we expand our operations across the country, you'll help us figure out the best ways to acquire new businesses.
- Build a dynamic performance management structure by aligning on business objectives, KPIs, and feedback systems to ensure team members are exceeding goals
- Analyze and set product direction - Build models to determine which businesses add the most value to the platform, understand product adoption and behavior, and run tests on everything from marketing programs to growth hacking. Your insights will contribute to our product roadmap and company strategy.

- Gritty - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to hit your goals; you persevere when others fall away.
- Results-Oriented with sound business judgement and experience growing a top-performing sales organization by translating high-level goals into actionable plans.
- A Strong Communicator, both verbal and written.

Bonus Points

- Experience working at Marketplace technology companies (ubereats, doordash, yelp), events and warehousing (eventbrite, stord), or another hyper-growth startup.
- Speak Spanish.

Light industrial flexible staffing is a $40B labor market that encompasses entry-level jobs in warehouses & distribution centers. These workers pack boxes, load trucks, and manage warehouse operations to keep supply chains running at peak efficiency. Our workers also help event companies setup and take down equipment (such as chairs, tables, or a concert stage).
